Former Francis Marion University baseball players returned to Florence and Cormell Field and enjoyed a very hospitable Alumni Weekend 2007.

In the annual alumni game, the current cast of Patriot players beat the "Old Timers" 18-2.  FMU newcomers Vince Farfaglia (3-for-3, 2 2Bs, 3 runs, RBI) and Keon Graves (3-for-4, 3B, run, 4 RBIs) along with junior catcher Jared Barkdoll (3-for-5, 2B, 3 RBIs) paced the winning squad.  Senior lefty Brandon White pitched two scoreless innings, allowing no hits and striking out four.

For the alumni, Wade Jordan stroked an RBI double.

Alumni who returned for the weekend included Ryan Ariail, Travis Copeland, Adam Dutka, Jason Geddings, David Erwin, Wade Jordan, Derek Kennamer, Kyle Lucas, Stan Markle, Brian McFadden, Rodney Rogers, John Rowland, Phil Shantz, J. Taylor, Michael Ward, and Jason Weaver.
