October 3, 2007 For the second consecutive year, the Francis Marion University men’s soccer team will participate in the Passionately Pink for the Cure™ program, Wednesday, Oct. 17, when the Patriots play host to USC Aiken. The match will begin at 4 p.m. on the FMU Soccer Field. Admission is free. Fans attending the match are encouraged to wear pink. November 3, 2006 Francis Marion University men's soccer head coach Murray Hartzler announced on Friday (Nov. 3) his retirement from the coaching profession to concentrate full-time on his duties as the institution's athletic director.
