The ARCH Program The Advancing Rural Community Health (ARCH) program provides students the opportunity to engage in health related service learning activities in rural South Carolina communities. Upcoming free health screenings The Francis Marion University ARCH Program will sponsor a series of free health screenings for the general public at the following locations.		ARCH Staff Dr. Paul DeMarco is the Director of Rural Community Health at Francis Marion University, and coordinates all aspects of the ARCH program. Community Health Screenings The ARCH Program conducts free health screenings in rural communities.		Kassab Fellowships Kassab Fellowships provide a financial stipend for students selected to participate in the ARCH program as fellows.
