Course Descriptions

Today’s workplace creates opportunities to work with others who are different than us and at times there will be conflict. Often overlooked in employee training is effective interpersonal communication. The focus of this seminar is upon your communication skills needed for conflict management, performance reviews, differences, and employee engagement

A strong, positive organizational culture can motivate employees, increase loyalty, attract talent and make advocates out employees. Valuable communication and engagement situations as well as how to further and develop an organizational culture will be discussed.

Career advancement depends on one’s leadership qualities, not just on one’s technical skills. Leadership can be taught. You will identify your leadership strengths and styles, learn to promote positive attitudes at work, identify techniques of managing a crisis, and understand how to develop future organizational leaders.

We live in an age of bigger and bigger data. Just how big is big data? Really big, and it is getting bigger all the time. Businesses need ways to sift through it all, to achieve faster, better decision making. How we hire powerful analytical teams, select our analytical technologies, and identify analytics opportunities and processes are critical concepts covered in this session.

Combining the characteristics of strategic thinking with an understanding of your personal leadership style can help an individual become a more effective team leader. Learn to guide your organization to future success.
