Cultural Booth Specifications

Each Cultural Booth consists of a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and a curtained backdrop on which to display posters, clothing, etc. Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Electricity access will be provided if needed.

I will bring a TV and/or media player, such as a computer, tablet, or DVD player (not provided by Francis Marion University).
I will need electricity access.

Cultural Booth Guidelines

Booths must focus on at least one specific culture or country.
The booth must be manned at all times by someone knowledgeable about the culture and/or country on display.
All storage containers, boxes, etc., must be stored out of sight to create a neat and orderly display.
Vehicles must be off the grounds and in the parking lot by 10:00 AM.
Booths must be completed set up by 10:45 AM. The Festival Committee retains the right to dismantle any booths not set up in time. Booths must remain set up until the conclusion of the festival at 6:00 PM.
I have read all the above guidelines and agree to adhere to them. I understand space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. I understand that I will be notified of my final application status by March 21, 2022. I understand that Arts International 2022 may be postponed due to circumstances beyond Francis Marion University’s control.
