Dr. Titanski-Hooper teaches Cultural Geography, Physical Geography, GIS, and various regional geography courses. Dr. Titanski-Hooper specializes in geopolitics and cultural geography, with focuses on nationalism, development, and daily practices. She has presented her work at various political science and geography conferences in the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Titanski-Hooper is an alumna of the Fulbright Program, and a former recipient of The Department of Education’s Foreign Language Area Studies (FLAS) Grants. Before coming to FMU, she was a geography instructor at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Titanski-Hooper just moved to South Carolina with her husband and 1 year old daughter, and they are enjoying exploring the Pee Dee!
