The Lost Art of Negotiation: How to Make the Best Deal for Your Business
Workshop Description: One of the key tenets to running a business is getting the best deal you can, whether this relates to goods, services, employees, contractors, etc. In this seminar, we are going to discuss the Lost Art of Negotiation. We will delve into negotiation tactics and emphasize critical review of contracts and agreements. We expect participants to leave with a better grasp on business negotiation, as well as being eager to negotiate to help improve your business. This will be an interactive seminar where questions and input are highly welcome.
Presenter Bio: Douglas L. Lineberry is a licensed attorney that practices in South Carolina. He practices in the intellectual property practice group with representation including patent, trademark, and copyright protection. He assists clients with protecting intellectual property through patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, as well as intellectual property litigation.
