Position: Program Assistant
*BA/BS preferred, along with relevant skills
This position serves as programmatic and project support for the Agency’s Human Resources Department (HRS). Under direct supervision, performs a variety of functions to include but not limited to: SCEIS utilization (South Carolina Enterprise Information System), along with coordinating and assisting in implementation and maintenance for Agency HR related programs. Supports the Department in a wide range of planning and archival activities. Tracks the submission of documents, performs quality assurance reviews, and prepares documents for transition to archives. Researches and tracks a variety of correspondence, reports, and other material while supporting the agency’s document management effort. This position also serves as the purchasing coordinator for HRS, which includes research, inventory management, and follow through regarding all aspects of the supply purchase process, along with other administrative related duties
