FMU Student Organization Registration / Renewal Form

All student organizations MUST renew their registration with the University in order to be officially recognized and have access to University facilities and other student organization opportunities.

Registration is a two (2) part process:

  1. Attend Student Organization Training on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 @ 5pm in Chapman Auditorium.
  2. Complete the organization registration form by Friday, October 6, 2026.

Failure to do either could result in your organization without the benefit of using campus facilities and eligibility for SGA funds.
