Description: This course will introduce students to the practical applications of single-case research methodology in order to examine the effects and evaluate the efficacy of behavioral interventions. It will provide students with an empirical approach to designing, conducting, and critically evaluating research involving applications of the experimental analysis of behavior by the use of behavior analysis, graphic display of data, and single- case research methodology. In addition, the course will provide an introduction to ABAB, multiple baseline, changing criterion, and alternating treatment designs.
