Description: Explores the theory, process, and practice of group therapy/counseling. Includes the stages of group therapy, various group techniques, and how to deal with problem situations that can arise in group therapy. May also include how to conduct special groups such as pain management, stress management, and assertiveness groups. Must be concurrently enrolled in Psychology 600C, Psychological Intervention Practicum.
